By creating an account and registering for use of H.K. Keller's auction system you agree to adhere to all Terms and Conditions as set out for any and all auctions you register for. You will be asked to acknowledge and agree to Terms and Conditions specific to each auction at the time you register for an auction.
To create an account, you must enter your credit/debit card info. It is stored securely using Authorize.net. The card is required to create an account. You may see a $1.00 pending transaction to verify the card is valid. If you choose, you can use this card to purchase your items, enter a new card, or pay by cash or check if approved by H.K. Keller. If an invoice is not paid within 24 hours of the auction close or before the scheduled pickup, your registered card will be charged.
Real estate purchases will not have credit or debit cards charged.
By signing up for an account, you are giving permission for your contact details to be used in marketing activities by H.K. Keller. This includes auction announcements, upcoming auctions, auctions closing soon and special announcements. Should you wish to be excluded from marketing activities please email our office at firstname.lastname@example.org.
